Disposition of Animal Projects
Disposition Sheet
All buyers will complete a disposition sheet for each project they purchase. The disposition sheet must be signed by the bidder with complete information regarding disposition of animals, buyer(s) number(s), and purchase price. If no disposition is made, NCJLS will fill out the ticket as they deem necessary.
Options for Disposition of Projects
With the exception of the Champions, Buyers can choose from the following options for disposition of the projects:

The buyer chooses to send the projects to a commercial packer and receive a credit on his statement for the resale value (market value) of the project. The resale value of each project is listed on the sales list.
Pick-up
The buyer MUST pick their purchases before 9:00 AM on Sunday following the auction.
Donate Animal
Buyers are asked to check with the charity prior to the Sale to verify the charity can accept this type of donation and has the means to transport the animal off the Show grounds on Sunday, January 20th by 9:00 AM.
Donate Resale Value
Buyers may donate the resale value of their purchase to the charity of the buyer’s choice. Buyers MUST designate charity on the disposition section of the bidder’s sheet and sign for verification. Projects eligible for resale value:
